When: 

• April 29 , 2023

  • Registration opens 2/13/2023

  • Register by 4/14/2023 to get a shirt.

  • Athlete sign-in starts at 8:30 am and ends at 9:15 am (late athletes can throw but will not be scored)

  • Athlete Meeting at 9:15 am

  • Competition Starts 9:30 am

  • Saturday - Athlete gathering at the hotel bar 7:00pm-9:30 pm for live music.
